Ingredients
- Oha leaves- 2 cups fresh
- Cocoyam (pounded or powdered)- 15-20 pieces
- Palm oil- 1 cup
- Beef or goat meat- 2 lbs
- Stock fish- 1 medium piece
- Crayfish- 1/2 cup ground
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
- Onions- 1 medium
Preparation
- Cook meat and stockfish until tender.
- Add palm oil and cocoyam paste to thicken.
- Add crayfish and seasoning.
- Stir in oha leaves and simmer for a few minutes.
